Do You Remember How Scared You Were When You First Saw Alfred Hitchcock's Psycho? In the Classic Hitchcock Version of Psycho, Anthony Perkins gave a memorable performance as Norman. Kane Hodder has Added Another Horror Genre Great to the List With His Performance as Ike, the Psychotic Gas Station Owner Who Tortures and Kills His Victims for Their Eyes in Exit 33
Travelers who become the targets for twisted psycho killers have been the premise for horror movies throughout the history of the genre. The weary traveler far from home is a tempting target for villains who have an intimate, torturous end intended for their victims. Anthony Perkins starred as Norman in the original version of Psycho, and Vince Vaughn produced the same chilling effect in the later Psycho remake with Anne Heche. Vince Vaughn and Anthony Perkins both portray the super scary Norman, whose twisted self image is the basis for a lengthy, terrifying attack on a young woman who is unlucky enough to stop for the night at the small hotel he manages with his overbearing mother. Vince Vaughn and Anthony Perkins give different interpretations to Psycho's wacked out Norman, but both are convincingly terrifying in the role. Kane Hodder has established a new terrifying villain who preys on travelers in Exit 33.
Exit 33 is a thrilling spectacle of horror as Ike (played by Kane Hodder), uses his gas station, Ike's Last Chance Gas, as the hunting ground for new victims to add to his collection of eyes. He is haunted by the memory of the enchanting, lovely eyes of his lost love, and is determined to harvest their equal from one of the young women who have the bad luck to stop at Ike's Last Chance Gas. He drags his victims back to his creepy farm, where he tortures and kills them, oh so slowly. An added twist is his devoted attention to his beloved young son, adding depth and additional creepiness to a truly psychotic and twisted killer.
