New Horror Movie Exit 33 Excites Audiences at Premier on March 11, 2010!

Now Kane Hodder is back as Ike, a gas station owner and taxidermist in the latest of the great slasher horror movies, Exit 33.
Exit 33 is Michigan businessman Norman Koza’s first film and premiered on March 11, 2010 at the Emagine Theater in Novi, Michigan. Koza says he was inspired by the lonely commuter trips to and from his Northern Michigan workplace near Traverse City. One night Koza was driving down a long, narrow and dark road in Traverse City and needed to refuel. He pulled off and immediately was overcome with an eerie feeling. "I had this feeling that if my car broke down, I would be in trouble. I went home later that day and started to write a movie about a man whose car breaks down in a remote area. It is a scary scene and I knew this had to be a horror film."
Fans of slasher and horror movies will appreciate this low budget glimpse into the evil tortured mind of Ike. Says producer Todd Brunswick, "Kane Hodder delivers an outstanding performance, taking us deep into his character's horrific landscape.” We follow four friends on their way to a high school reunion who each decide to take the same rarely used highway that leads to Ike’s Last Chance Gas at Exit 33.
